We do not accept returns on custom items. Each product is made as each item is ordered; therefore all orders are custom orders. For clothing items, please read and pay close attention to item descriptions including sizing, gender fit for your preference, and whether item suits your build.
All sales are final. We accept returns, for refund or exchange, only for items damaged in shipping and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be credited to the same form of payment the item was purchased with.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Ride the Rim Oregon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Ride the Rim Oregon will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
